Terrace Tower Group U.S.A. is a privately held group of companies dedicated to full-service commercial real estate activities throughout the United States. Terrace Tower Group U.S.A. is a subsidiary of the Terrace Tower Group of Companies based in Sydney, Australia.

Our Founder

The Terrace Tower Group of Companies was founded by Mr. John Saunders, AO in 1985 after an illustrious career, most prominently as co-founder of Westfield, one of Australia’s and the world’s most successful companies.

Our Objective

Terrace Tower Group U.S.A. specializes in acquiring, leasing, and managing high-quality, commercial real estate for its own account. Our primary objective is to acquire well-located, high-quality properties and utilize our professional management expertise to enhance value over a long-term time horizon.
    

Our Philosophy

Our ownership and management philosophy is based on our commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Our staff of real estate professionals is trained to foresee and respond to the needs of our clients. Managing properties that we own gives us a “leg-up” in the commercial management arena by having the authority and the ability to react quickly without having to go through time consuming approval processes inherent in public companies and properties managed by third party management firms. We have the knowledge, ability, and authority to react quickly in all areas of property from analyzing investment opportunities, to leasing issues, to management issues, to legal issues, to engineering, repair and maintenance issues, to construction issues, our staff is ready and prepared to assist our customers commercial real estate needs.
